Very large amounts of data generated by computer systems are being used in everyday life without prior information or knowledge. Creating a system that automates the process of acquiring, transferring, and storing data becomes the key to a common, as yet unexplored area that offers the opportunity for the development of many fields of study.
Hence, the technology of the Internet of Things comes to the rescue here, the use of which almost in all walks of life is becoming more and more common. This technology is a natural consequence of the development of the world that allows information to be accessed in real-time, and based on their analysis enables the performance of specific activities and human or fully automated decision-making.
Data changing over time in general permits us to carry out analysis and develop algorithms anticipating upcoming events, failures, and disasters.
The information obtained in this way concerns a loT often individual human behavior, image preservation, or prediction of typical activities specific person. Therefore, the data obtained in this way must be safely stored in a manner, that respects the rights to individuality, independence, and privacy.
The methods of obtaining data, in particular personal data, must take into account applicable regulations GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). It is also important that this method of accessing data is used in a way that is beneficial to humanity, and the unpredictable consequences of the use of IoT are not destructive.

Many researchers say that technology is always “a value and good”, unfortunately, people use it in not a good way. It is also important to have a holistic view of access to those acquired in this way data, for scientific or developmental reasons, Appropriate sharing of the obtained data leads to the prevention of unjustified duplication of funds allocated to research and analysis of problems already resolved elsewhere and at a different time. Access to countless data in a global view will enable the analysis and solving of disproportionate problems in access to natural resources. Also in the context of environmental protection, it will allow for a precise assessment of the sources of threats.
The world is gaining new tools to fight global warming. These types of actions as a consequence will lead to the next stage of technological progress, which will be “Smart World”.

To determine the impact of the Internet of Things technology on the management of the technical infrastructure in space public, there was a need to conduct research in local government units in the area of the Republic of Poland. The main goal of this research was to determine the technical impact of the development of the Internet of Things public infrastructure managed by local governments.
In addition, the specific objectives were:
• Determining the state of knowledge of local government officials and their involvement in its acquisition.
• Examination of the level of implementation of modern technological solutions in the technical field of public infrastructure managed by local governments.
• Visualization of the perception of the benefits of these implementations by local governments.
• Determining the existence of the implementation potential of IoT technology on the example of the selected technical technical infrastructure.
• Identifying potential stimulants influencing modern decisions, and technological solutions.
The research was carried out in the period from 19/05/2020 to 08/06/2020 using an online survey developed on the basis of the platform offered by webankieta.pl. A tool based on an advanced system The CMS (Content Management System) made it possible to technically create an internet survey and its automatic distribution using mailing system. The tool also turned out to be helpful in analyzing and formulating statements cross data necessary to construct conclusions. The survey form was created in such a way as to get answers to the formulated. Research questions. The prepared questionnaire was sent by e-mail to 2779 local government units. In order to obtain a significant amount of research material, the sent inquiries were addressed on the basis of art. 2 paragraph 1 and art. 10 section 1 of the Act of September 6, 2001. on access to public information.
Ultimately, during the data collection process, 1426 completed questionnaires were obtained, which is 75.03% of the polls displayed. The research covered an area inhabited by a total of 15,932,853 people, which is 41.51% of the country’s population. The analysis of the collected results was carried out using the tool offered by webankieta.pl. All the questionnaires completed electronically or sent by traditional mail were accepted for the analysis. Partially completed questionnaires without the statute were rejected. Also rejected the results were grossly deviating from the norms and could not be verified. Maintaining the Integrity of the Specifications

The conducted research has shown that 20.62% of the surveyed local governments have adequate connections to 100MB/s Internet speeds, but the average speed for all respondents exceeds 480MB/s. Another important fact is that nearly half of the respondents have a single Internet connection with their official premises, which can cause the risk of complete failure of a functioning institution in case it is damaged. A single link was declared by 20.08% of rural communes and 9.13% of urban communes. Interestingly, it turns out that over 80% of local governments provide IT services with their staff resources, and less than 20% entrust these activities to specialist external entities – outsourcing companies. The level of awareness of local government units related to modern technologies on the web is relatively low.
Nearly 50% of local governments declare that have not come across the concept of the Internet of Things and Smart City. However, this awareness grows with the growth the size of local government units.
For future work, you can highlight green IoT technologies (GioT), including green ICT like green RFID, green WSN, green CC, green M2M, green DC. Green Internet of Things (GioT) and its applications you can use to minimize the energy utilization in IoT. The designing the green data centers, sensor network, and cloud computing is discussed with certain policies in order to save energy. In addition, the different Green IoT strategies can be analyzed. Various applications of IoT can be discussed such as smart home, which allows the user to control the smart devices like automated doors, smart locks, security cameras, electrical appliances with the application on a smart phone or any other connected devices.
The Internet of Things, the mobile revolution, cloud computing, and the growing importance of Big Data complement each other and allow us to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the Internet of Everything (IoE) in the future. As a result, scientists may soon focus on the Green Internet of Everything (GIoE) and Smart World.

The research carried out on a sample of 1426 Polish local governments allowed for obtaining a comprehensive one material, the analysis of which led to significant conclusions. The conducted research has shown that despite the low knowledge of Internet technologies, more and more investment decisions related to ICT are made more frequently. Tangible benefits of ICT implementations affect not only the improvement of the image of local governments but also allow for obtaining financial and ecological benefits. The analysis of the collected material also showed that the implementation of Internet solutions things has a significant impact on the management of public infrastructure. Based on the research, an application form was submitted for the implementation of an EU project worth EUR 130,000
